Job Description Software Architect in Architecture Consulting Team Architecture Consulting team is a group of experienced hands-on architects that helps, mentors and cooperates with teams across Air Solutions department. We work in a short-term engagement model with different product teams to tackle a variety of non-functional and architectural challenges. Our focus is directed at Java based solutions but in a day to day work we deal with a wide spectrum of technologies like cloud (AWS and Azure), python, or virtual networking to name a few. While our job is very challenging, requires constant learning and good inter-personal skills, it gives unique opportunity to constantly improve skills, extend technical and business knowledge and get a lot of recognition within company. Position opportunities: Architecture consulting for a variety of teams across Airline Solutions portfolio Design of distributed systems in the cloud Application architecture review and hands-on implementation Practical application of industry standards in diverse development teams Analysis and introduction of new technologies and innovation driving In-depth vast systems diagnostics and thorough root cause analysis Job Requirements Experience within Java platform Experience in software development processes and practices Experience is Linux (UNIX) operating system Distributed systems ( (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker) Practical knowledge of SQL (Oracle, MySql) or NoSQL Web application development experience is a plus Cloud services Deployment automation basics (One of Ansible, Chief or Puppet) Good communication and inter-personal skills Why it is worth working with us?
